Q: How do I return my order?
A: Mail us your return to our location within the return policy. Please have these items undamaged, unworn and must have tags remaining. If sent back damaged, worn, no tags or after being purchased with a sale of 20% of more YOU will be responsible to pay shipping to have it sent back to you.. if not paid in 30 days the item will be donated. NO REFUNDS.
Q: How long do I have to return my order?
A: 10 days from the day you purchased
Q: Doses Gypsy Pearl TX cover the cost of return shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. The customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping unless a mistake is made on our end.
Q: “When will this item be restocked?”
A: We can’t always get the same items back in stock. We do our best to restock best seller and instant sell outs, but we can not guarantee restocks on each item. Make sure to check our Instagram page for alerts on restocks!
Q: Who do you use to ship?
A: We use USPS and UPS to ship packages. Once we drop off your item, and they process it, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track your package via their website using that code.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. If you make a purchase after 3pm on Friday your order will be shipped out on Monday.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After your order is processed it typically takes 2-4 business days for you to receive your package, dependent on your distance from us.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: It's a flat rate of $7.99
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: YES! We ship world wide.
Q: How much is international shipping?
A: $35 international shipping
Q: Do you have a protection plan if my packages is lost?
A: Yes! You will need to pay for this protection prior of checking out. It's called Route Protection. If your package is lost and you do not have this extra protection then there is not much we can do other than you filling a claim with the USPS or UPS.
Q: Can I purchase overnight or expedited shipping?
A: Unfortunately we can not offer overnight or expedited shipping. We are located in a small town and our local post office must send the packages out to a larger postal office first.
Q: Where is my package?
A: If your tracking says your package has been delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found please contact your local post office.
Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents.
If your tracking is not updating for some reason, please contact your local post office. They can check on the status for you.
Be sure to check your order information to make sure you entered the correct shipping address/information.
Q: My order is incorrect, or I'm missing an item.
A: If your order arrives and is incorrect, please contact us through our email at Gypsypearltx@yahoo.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include any information such as what is incorrect, what you should have received, your email and order number. We will do our best to fix the issue.
If you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating why you would be missing it. If you have not received a email and a refund, please email us to let us know about the missing item. Contact us through our email or give us a call. Please be sure to include what item is missing, your order number and email.
Q: My item arrived defective!A: If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please contact us right away. Send us a email with a photo of the flaw or break and your order number. If you do not contact us within 4 days of the delivered date we can only assume the damage is from wear.
